About Incubooter
Incubooter builds corporate software platforms that can survive real operations.
Incubooter Inc. is a for-profit software company that owns and develops Maker, our internal code-generation system, and delivers commercial product-platform work for startups and corporate partners.
We focus on high-end, web-based, data-driven platforms for teams that need real software, clear ownership, and a practical path from product idea to operated system.
Product-first engineering
We start from the product surface, users, data, and operational pressure instead of forcing every project into a generic agency process.
- Focused first product slice
- Workflow and data modeling
- Architecture tied to the business model
Useful software first, scalable structure underneath.
Code-generated foundation
Code generation and reusable platform pieces help keep repeated platform work consistent so custom effort can go into what makes the product different.
- Metadata-driven solution structure
- Reusable portals and data patterns
- AI-assisted implementation workflow
Less boilerplate, more product-specific judgment.
Operational follow-through
We plan for the boring parts early: hosting, support, monitoring, permissions, data cleanup, and the next version after launch.
- Azure deployment and diagnostics
- Support paths for live products
- Steady enhancement after launch
The first release should be the beginning, not the cleanup bill.
Our Role
Incubooter is designed for the commercial side of software creation. We hold and advance Maker, use AI-assisted engineering and code generation to compress the cost of custom software, and build platforms that companies can operate without rebuilding the same application plumbing every time.
The company works where product, platform, and operations meet: data modeling, secure workflows, internal tools, customer portals, deployment, support, and long-term product stewardship.
Our Founder
Jason Looney is Incubooter's founder, CEO, and principal architect. He has spent 25+ years building secure, database-backed SaaS, workflow, and line-of-business systems across healthcare, nonprofit, and enterprise software.
Jason's background spans C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor WebAssembly, SignalR, SQL Server, Azure, AI-assisted engineering, metadata-driven delivery tooling, and the client-facing architecture work required to take complex software from concept to production.
He has led complex consulting engagements for university, nonprofit, foundation, healthcare, and enterprise teams, and he has served in full-time roles for corporations such as McKesson, RelayHealth, and Xerox.

How We Work
Incubooter is most useful when a founder, product owner, or operating team has a real business workflow and needs a disciplined technical partner. We help define the product, model the data, generate the repeatable foundation, implement the custom behavior, verify the result, and keep the live system maintainable.
